Privacy and resume data

We collect your name, email, target role, optional job description and resume to provide resume analysis and editing. Uploading requires your consent. Avoid including identity numbers, bank details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Processing and providers

Free scans run on our application server. For paid editing, resume text, target role and optional job description are sent to Google Gemini. Razorpay handles payment details; we store payment identifiers and status, not card or UPI credentials.

Retention and deletion

Original uploads are deleted after processing. Extracted text, scan results and generated resumes expire after 30 days. Use “Delete my resume data” on the home page to remove them earlier. Order amounts and payment references remain for accounting and support. Operational event totals are kept for 90 days.

Cookies and access

An essential secure cookie protects access to your scans and paid downloads on this browser. Keep it to recover your order. Clearing cookies loses self-service access; retain your Razorpay payment reference for support. No advertising pixel is enabled in this release.

Support

The Support link on the home page displays the operator’s configured contact. Checkout remains closed until operational setup is complete.
